-Language Exchange
International events can't lack language exchange events but as we want to make them quality events, our language exchange events are immensely focused on learning. We'll use worksheets as a guide of conversations so participants can learn vocabularies, grammar, phrases etc in each language exchange event.
-Picnic (summer only)
It's hard to make friends in language exchange meets held in cafes...In picnics, I believe we can have an open mind because picnics are held in open spaces !
-Sports
Sports is an universal language that transcends English that is thought to be a lingua franca ! Having played sports together for 1 hour, we are already friends ! We mostly host basketball events (outdoor)

言語交換会も行なっております。他のlanguage Exchange との大きな違いは、ワークシートを使って毎回何かしら学べるようにしていることです！日本語を学べるワークシートもありますよ
-Sports
スポーツは英語を超える共通言語という考えのもと、スポーツイベントを主催しています。外でのバスケが中心です。

📙Learning support
The organizer has over 10 years of experience teaching Japanese and also knows Mandarin. The organizer will visit each table for answering your questions.🗣️💬Not just free talk, new topic each event
Each table gets a Worksheet filled with new vocabulary, phrases, and grammar, so you will not end up just having another free talk 🗣️💬✨
The topic differs each time and the organizer has so far made 370+ worksheets.Event Flow
40 mins：English time (with a past worksheet)
40 mins：Japanese time (with a past worksheet)
40 mins：Chinese time (with a NEW worksheet)*your arrival does not have to be on time, late comers are welcome !
→Beginners are welcome ! Important thing is that you want to learn ! We are here to help you.
💰Participation Fee
Normally $5 per person but during July 13th - Aug 2nd, it's $3Please bring cash on the day of the event.

In this Elementary Level Event, we use English alphabets to learn Japanese.As usual, worksheets are provided but you'll not see those scary-looking Japanese characters like あいうえお.
In one word, this event is Duolingo Japanese 101 level.

Sunset Picnic and Make New Friends
Coal Harbour, coal harbour, Vancouver, BC, CAHello everyone! WASABI is hosting another picnic " Sunset Picnic" on this Wednesday starting at 5:00 PM in Coal Harbour. Unlike cafe environments, let's make friends in an open setting.
- No Volleyball net in Sunset picnic as it's more conversation-oriented picnic. We've got some activities to spice up....well...strike up the conversations though !
-Some people might feel cold, so please bring an extra layer of clothes to stay warm.

バンクーバーの初夏を思いっきり満喫しましょう！
-バレーボールのネットは...ありません！スポーツではなく、会話メインのピクニックにしようと思っています。会話が弾むようなアクティビティは用意してあるのでお楽しみに！
-寒いのが苦手な人は、寒いと感じるかもしれません。厚着できるように予備の服は１枚持ってきておくと安心です。
