Are you interested in Japanese sake ?

Looking to make new friends while learning more about it?

Join us for a fun and welcoming WASABI sake paring night in Vancouver!

In this event, you’ll enjoy a Japanese Izakaya course thoughtfully paired with four selected sakes, while learning the basics in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere

The host, Tsurumi, is a certified International Kikisake-shi (Sake Sommelier) and will guide you through the experience in a friendly and approachable way

Time Flow (Approx. 2 hours)

• Host introduction & sake basics (5 min)
• Toast (Kanpai) and self-introductions at each table (10 min)
• Course meal with four sake pairings
• Seating change (midway through the course)

During each sake service, a brief explanation of the sake will be provided.

Please arrive on time where possible.
If you are running late, kindly contact the host via Instagram DM.

💰 Participation Fee
$5 per person (organizer's labor fee such as preparation of handout)

Food & drinks are not included and will be paid on the day, individually.

An Izakaya Course ($40 per person) and 4 sake pairings curated by a certified Kikisake-shi will be served.

Estimated total cost: $70+ per person.

• ・主催者紹介＆日本酒の基礎説明（5分）
  ・乾杯＆テーブルごとの自己紹介（10分）
  ・コース料理と4種類の日本酒ペアリング
  ・コース途中で席替えタイム

※日本酒提供時には、それぞれの日本酒の簡単な説明を行います。

お一人様 $5（主催者による配布物の準備や会場セットアップなど）

※飲食代は参加費に含まれず、当日お支払いいただきます。
・居酒屋コース：$40/人
・国際唎酒師セレクトの日本酒4種ペアリング付き
