Last Sunset Picnic and Make New Friends w/Takeya

Are you new to Vancouver ?
Let's make new friends in a picnic event !

In an open setting, making friends will be a lot more easier. We'll bring some sports equipment as well, so you can enjoy gentle exercises too !

This time, we’re teaming up with Japanese restaurant Takeya sushi for a special Sunset Picnic, as this is going to be our final sunset picnic! 🇯🇵🌅🧺

Let’s enjoy good Japanese food, good company, and one last summer sunset together!

- No Volleyball net in Sunset picnic as it's more conversation-oriented picnic. We've got some activities to spice up....well...strike up the conversations though !

-Some people might feel cold, so please bring an extra layer of clothes to stay warm.

Coal Harbour
(NOT Trout Lake)

【Time】
Septemer, 9th, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM
*your arrival does not have to be on time, late comers are welcome !

【Participation Fee】
$10 per person
Please bring cash on the day of the event.

(We kindly ask that you bring the exact amount if possible.)

【Important】

Please bring your own drink (aside from alcohol. We kindly ask participants not to bring alcohol.) if you want but we will provide food. However, if you want to bring yours to share with people, you're more than welcome to!

For those who are new to Vancouver, it's a great opportunity to make new friends.

バンクーバーに来たばかりの人！
友達作りは、ピクニックで

カフェとは一味違って、オープンなセッティングだから友達作りがしやすいかも。

バトミントンなどスポーツも少し持っていくので、体を動かしながら楽しく友達作りができます！

また、いよいよ夏も終わりで、おそらくこれがサンセットピクニックの最終回となります。そこで今年のサンセットピクニックの良い締めとなるように、ちょっと豪華なピクニックにしようと思い、日本食レストランのTakeya Sushiとコラボしてサンセットピクニックをすることにしました。

-バレーボールのネットは...ありません！スポーツではなく、会話メインのピクニックにしようと思っています。会話が弾むようなアクティビティは用意してあるのでお楽しみに！

-寒いのが苦手な人は、寒いと感じるかもしれません。厚着できるように予備の服は１枚持ってきておくと安心です。
