Enjoy a casual, beginner-friendly yoga session while learning simple Japanese through movement!
In this event, weâll use only 20 carefully selected Japanese words throughout the yoga session. Before we start moving, weâll quickly learn the words together using flashcards.
ð§ Event Schedule
10 minutes: Learning 20 yoga Japanese words with flashcards
10 minutes: Standing Flow
10 minutes: Main Flow
10 minutes: Cool-down

Optional Café Social after yogaâïž (comes with a worksheet to learn about Yoga in simple Japanese)
Instead of studying Japanese only from a textbook, youâll hear and use the words while moving your body. This makes it easier to understand, remember, and connect the Japanese with real actions.
Both the yoga and Japanese are designed for complete beginners, so no previous experience is needed. ð
After yoga, weâll head to a nearby café to relax, chat, and make new friends! It also comes with a worksheet to learn about Yoga in simple Japanese !

$5 per person (as it involves material creations)

ð What to Bring
âïž Comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily
âïž A yoga mat, if you have one
âïž A hand towel or long, narrow towelâweâll use it for some of the poses
âïž An extra layer to keep you warm after the yoga session
Donât have a yoga mat?
No worries! The organizer will bring picnic sheets that can be used as a temporary alternative. Please note that these may not provide the same grip or support as a yoga mat.
