The Build Better Collaborative brings together the people creating homes and shaping neighborhoods across the Wasatch Region. Each month we gather to:
- Build professional connections
- Share housing solutions that work
- Document the barriers small-scale builders face, so we can bring clear recommendations to local leaders
This month: Rezoning 101
Parry Harrison, CEO of The Nonprofit Homebuilder, will walk through how the rezoning process works. Then we'll break into small groups to work through real questions together and connect with others doing this work.
Who should come
Builders and developers, architects, planners, lenders, and anyone interested in building homes at a neighborhood scale. Whether you've completed dozens of projects or you're working on your first, you're welcome here. No experience needed.
Format: Short presentation, small-group problem solving, and networking.
