WATERFALL WEDNESDAY ADAMS CANYON

Come participate in a run through Adams Canyon. The trail is one of the most popular in the area. Its a 1.7 mile hike up the trail to a gorgeous waterfall rappel. There is a 1500 foot elevation gain from the trailhead to the waterfall so make sure you bring atleast a liter of water.
Priority will be given to those who have not attended Waterfall Wednesday in the past. This is an Intermediate level canyon because it’s a Class-CI Rated Canyon. We will be rappelling on a very slippery surface.
Required Equipment: water, harness, helmet, rappel device, personal anchor, self rescue equipment and carabiners. Optional Equipment: webbing, quick links, pocket knife, figure 8 or other blocking device, rope, VT prusiks or ascending device.
Dress appropriately for warm weather (warm weather attire, closed toe shoes that can get wet, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, and whatever else you may need to stay comfortable for the day).
• No +1 RSVPs. If you know someone who would like to attend, please have them join the meetup group and sign up using their own account.
• If there is inclement weather we will try other options.
• Restrooms will be available.
