We’re having so much fun with Mind Games, a wild new way of relating, that we’re hosting another one for the South Valley community. We would love to see you there.

This introductory session is the doorway into our private weekly Game Nights. If you've already attended an intro, DM us for access.

Tired of playing the same old games?
I realized I was having similar interactions over and over with family, friends, and even strangers. The faces changed, but the patterns always felt eerily familiar and unsatisfying.

When the book Games People Play was recommended to me, I downloaded it that same day. My eyes were opened to the habitual games I’ve been playing, and the games I’ve been refusing to play (which is simply another game). It really explained why I was struggling in so many areas of my life.

Ready for a reality shift?
We’re gathering to explore the subtle, subconscious games we all play, how we structure our time, build connections, and very often sabotage the things we want most from our relationships and life without meaning to.

Some people don't believe in a subconscious, but I think we can all agree that we don’t always get the results we expect or want from life and we don’t exactly know why.

Drawing from Berne’s work, we’ll unpack the patterns that shape our relationships, self-image, and blind spots in a way that’s eye-opening and maybe even a little unsettling (in a good way).

After the discussion, we’ll play an outer game (like cards or dice) and watch the inner game unfold. How we handle chance, pressure, winning, losing, says more than we think. This is where we begin to practice and support real connection instead of our usual patterns.

Optional preparation before we meet:

Who This Is For
⊕ People seeking deeper connections
⊕ People willing to look honestly at themselves without judgment
⊕ People looking to take personal responsibility
⊕ People who would like life to feel easy and fun!

Who This Is Not For
⊝ People who tend to focus on problems instead of solutions
⊝ People who aren’t comfortable with self reflection
⊝ People hoping for quick and easy answers
⊝ People who are determined to work hard at relationships
⊝ People who are sure everyone else is the problem
⊝ People who already have everything figured out

Mind Games is about getting the most out of your relationships without hard work or manipulation. It's about noticing the unconscious patterns we all use in conversations and relationships. We will explore how those patterns shape connection, and practicing new ways of interacting through simple games. The goal is to learn genuine communication and connection with no hidden motives.

It is eye opening, satisfying and super fun. This event will give you a full sense of what it's about.

Can't wait to play!

Note: This group is trauma informed and everyone is invited to participate at their own pace. Please come as you are. Stay as long as you like. Take care of yourself, and each other.
