Winter Gate is closed, so we will hike an additional 2 miles (one mile each way from gate to trailhead)

Seems that the trail is 1.5 miles (ish) plan on 90 minutes + 30 minutes for the extra mile one way. I plan on 2-3 hours driving. 3-4 hours hiking. As much time as possible soaking.

Meet at 4:00pm at walmart near 11400 South just West of I-15 (south side of parking lot under the big walmart sign. Yes you can get around the construction.

Bring warm clothing with layers, a headlamp, drinking water, a towel, and spikes. You are welcome to bring a treat to share, but not required.
