What we’re about
Our purpose is to encourage the advancement of science and “to conduct, endow, or assist investigation in any department of science.” We host an elegant annual Awards Banquet celebrating the achievements of scientists, engineers and educators in the Washington DC area. We also serve as judges of local school science fairs and we volunteer for STEM education programs, robotics clubs and maker spaces in this area. There are lots of fun opportunities for everyone who is interested in science!
