Hike at Turkey Run-Dead Run Double Loop (Difficult)

This is a ~6.5+ miles with ~725 elevation gain double-loop hike mostly along the Potomac River. We will see beautiful views, experience some rock scrambles, waterfalls, water crossings, and rappelling down a small ravine 10-12 ft.

There are a number of rock scrambles, crossing of streams of water, steep hills, trees in the path.

This hike is Difficult.
Please wear hiking shoes with plenty of grip.
Dogs are not allowed.

Water: 2-3 liters water
Food: Bring snacks and lunch. We will eat on the rocks by the waterfall.

We will meet up at the first parking lot. Parking Area C-1, GPS 38.964472, -77.153203.
