Takoma Village Cohousing's last ***IN-PERSON ***tour for 2023.

And it's FREE!

Come learn about cohousing in general and life at Takoma Village in particular, on this upcoming quarterly tour on Sunday, September 17 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.

We'll provide a comprehensive introduction to Takoma Village, make time for Q&A, and show you our community's extensive common facilities. Light refreshments will be served.

Take the Metro exiting at Takoma Station (Red Line) just 2 blocks from our community. Driving? Street parking is available on 4th Street NW or nearby. Or, use the Metro parking lot at the Takoma Station.

This tour is both an indoor and outdoor event. While we are not requiring masks at this time please do use one if you have health considerations. You'll see several of us wearing masks.

Uh-oh. Can't make this tour? Not to worry! During the cooler months we schedule two Zoom tours -- one in December and one in March 2024. It's LIVE but virtual. You get all the same information, Q&A, etc. from the comfort of your home. You do not, however, get any munchies altho' we do encourage participants to heat up some hot chocolate to sip while we show you our lovely community.
