August Women’s Parkour Meetup

This month we're going to go check out the new site for MindShift Gym (previously Urban Evolution) in Reston! This event is being organized by MindShift and has its own registration link (see below). The event is technically free, but donations are strongly encouraged to help support the coaches and equipment upkeep. This event is part of a wider event meant to celebrate the gym's grand re-opening, so feel free to take part in any of the other classes and workshops happening the day as well! It'll be a great opportunity to try something new! We hope you'll come play!

This meetup is non-binary inclusive and open to all ability and skill levels. Whether it's your first time trying parkour or you've been training for years there will be fun challenges for everyone.
