A group for driven professionals looking to thrive through career transitions. We discuss multiple types of career transitions:
Internal transitions include getting promoted or rotated, career laterals, reaching new levels of leadership, managing people you used to work with, changing careers, entrepreneurship, navigating new certifications/degrees or credentials, and more.
External transitions include acquisitions, changing values/mission within the organization, navigating a “glass ceiling”, managing AI/ML, concerns about job security, and more.
We also breakdown examples of “Value Tension” - when personal or organizational values pull in different directions.
