Join us for a relaxed, beginner-friendly field trip exploring the fascinating relationship between native bees and the plants they pollinate. We’ll take a slow stroll through Magnuson Park’s meadows and gardens, learning to spot native bees, identify key native plants, and understand how they work together to sustain healthy ecosystems.

Along the way, we’ll experiment with a “bee’s-eye view” — looking at flowers from the perspective of a pollinator. Bring your camera or phone if you’d like to try a bit of nature photography; no fancy gear or prior experience needed.

This outing is perfect for anyone curious about pollinators, plants, and the beauty of their partnership — whether you’re new to nature walks, want to learn basic ID tips, or just enjoy slowing down to notice the small wonders around you.

Where to meet:
- We'll meet at WNPS Nursery parking lot.
