Title: Quantum Formalism Academy: Helping Ambitious Quantum Enthusiasts and Professionals Build a Mathematical Advantage in Their Career

Summary: A strong mathematical foundation is the key to unlocking high impact career opportunities in the rapidly evolving landscape of quantum computing and artificial intelligence. Quantum Formalism Academy (QF Academy) mission is to be at the forefront of a new movement, empowering ambitious quantum enthusiasts and professionals with the rigorous mathematical skills needed to excel in cutting-edge research and industry applications. This talk will explore how QF Academy bridges the gap between theoretical understanding and practical implementation, equipping learners with advanced mathematical machinery. We will discuss how our tailored courses, interactive community, and industry collaborations enable participants to develop a competitive mathematical advantage that not only enhances technical problem-solving but could also foster innovation in the quantum ecosystem.
Whether you are a researcher, software architect, cryptographer, or data scientist, this session aims to motivate and convince you that mastering advanced mathematical theories can propel your career forward in an era where securing a job in quantum computing is becoming increasingly competitive.

Bio: Bambordé Balde is the co-founder and Head of Mathematical Sciences at Zaiku Group, an R&D company working at the intersection of advanced mathematics and its applications to AI, Quantum Computing, and Privacy-Enhancing Technologies. A pure mathematician by training, Bambordé leads special projects at Zaiku Group in partnership with key stakeholders. Recent projects led by Bambordé include an InnovateUK backed project in collaboration with the UK’s National Quantum Computing Centre (NQCC). His work aims to bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical deployment, contributing to the advancement of the quantum ecosystem in collaboration with industry and government agencies.
