Beautiful Alpine Lake Colchuck Hike!

Come join David and gang for a hike to an alpine lake! At 8.7 miles and 2342 ft of elevation gain this trail is generally considered hard. The following AllTrails link shows the route we will be taking:

itinerary:
We will be departing Green lake Park and ride at 700 (please arrive at 630am in the south lot to allow time to organize carpools before we depart), rendezvous at a coffee shop along the way (probably at the Cle Elum Safeway if we take I90, otherwise in Leavenworth via highway 2), and hopefully arrive at the trailhead between 10 and 1030am. Taking into account plenty of photo stops and lunch, we should be about 6 hours on the trail. Allowing some buffer we arrive back at the trailhead at 5pm. The group can then decide if we'd like to get dinner on the way back (probably in Leavenworth), we will get back sometime between 730pm and 9pm depending on if we stop for dinner.
Riders, please be prepared to give 25$ to your drivers for travel expenses. Drivers, please note the last 4 miles are unpaved and a fee for parking is required, northwest forest pass is valid.
