Let's Explore Bainbridge Island

Details
Bainbridge Island, located just a short ferry ride from Seattle, is known for its natural beauty, quaint shops and eateries, and spectacular views of Puget Sound. It's been a while since i have been to the Bainbridge.
Let's do a whole day trip to one of the most beautiful island near Seattle with no car.
Getting to Bainbridge Island by ferry is half the fun! You'll feel like you're on a mini cruise as you stroll around the decks and admire the view of the downtown skyline, the sea, and Mt. Rainier. While you can drive onto the ferry, it's also easy enough to walk on and navigate the island without a car.
We will be meeting at the Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal at the Seattle Waterfront at 11am so that we would have enough time to catch the ferry which is scheduled for 11:25am.
Once we reach the Bainbridge Island we will call for BI Ride which is an on-demand bus service for getting almost anywhere on Bainbridge Island. The service runs morning through mid-afternoon when Routed buses are not running. Ride costs $2 or less. We can book a ride with Ride Pingo.
We will ride upto the Gazzam Lake Nature Preserve then start our actual easy hike. From there we will walk to Strawberry Hill Park then to Grand Forest East then to Battle Point Park which altogether would be roughly 8miles with 709ft max elevation.

After Battle Point Park we will call for another On Demand which will drop us close to Dana's Trail. We will explore parks near there and walk around Downtown Bainbridge. Being strictly vegetarian i was thinking about grabbing dinner at a vegan restaurant near by if y'all fine with it.
The plan is to catch the 8:55pm ferry from Bainbridge Island to Seattle which will give us the best opportunity to see the sunset and the Seattle skyline. If you think it's too late for you, you are more than welcome to skip dinner and catch earlier ferry as well...
