This Labor Day weekend, we’re heading into the heart of the Rockies for a 5-day escape filled with mountains, lakes, hikes, and campfire vibes. Whether you’re chasing trails or just here for the peace and scenery—Glacier delivers.

Saturday, August 30 – Drive from Seattle

• Depart early morning
• Scenic drive through Washington, Idaho & Montana (~9–10 hrs)
• Arrive at KOA West Glacier, settle in
• Dinner, chill & campfire

Sunday, August 31 – Lake McDonald & Avalanche Lake

• Visit Apgar Village & Trail of the Cedars
• Hike to Avalanche Lake (4.5 mi RT, moderate)
• Sunset by the lake, campfire night 🌌

Monday, September 1 (Labor Day) – Logan Pass & Going-to-the-Sun Road

• Early drive with epic stops (The Loop, Weeping Wall)
• Hike Hidden Lake Overlook or part of the Highline Trail
• Return at golden hour
• Optional dinner at Lake McDonald Lodge

Tuesday, September 2 – Your Way
Option A: Day trip to Many Glacier – Grinnell Glacier or Redrock Falls
Option B: Chill day – paddle Lake McDonald, visit Polebridge Mercantile, nap in a hammock

• Final group dinner + s’mores

Wednesday, September 3 – Return to Seattle

• Early morning departure
• Scenic stops along the way
• Arrive home by evening
