Blanca Lake (Hard Hike)

Come out and hike to Blanca Lake!

Distance: 7.4 miles
Elevation Gain: 3400 ft.
Difficulty: Hard

Let’s take a trip to one of the most beautiful lakes in western Washington. As we near the end, we will come up to a wonderful valley and a snow covered lake. Towering above the lake is the Columbia Glacier and the spire-like peaks of the Monte-Cristo group just a few miles away.

Come prepared for a variety of weather and the possibility of rain, wind, and snow.

Riders should give $20 to their drivers for gas. Bring a plastic bag to place your boots in after the hike. A Northwest Forest Pass or America the Beautiful Pass is required to park at the trailhead.
