Spring Wildflower Hike — Sage Hills

Wildflower Hike — Sage Hills (Wenatchee)
If you’ve been craving a hike that feels like spring in full bloom, this is it. Sage Hills is one of those places that quietly surprises you - rolling golden hills, wide open skies, and bursts of wildflowers in every direction. Think bright yellow balsamroot, pops of purple lupine, and that fresh, earthy scent you only get this time of year.
I was originally thinking of hosting this in May, but it looks like wildflowers are already coming in early this year - so timing feels right.
It’s a pretty relaxed trail overall, so we’ll keep an easy pace and take breaks as needed (and probably stop a bunch for photos).

Important Notes:
- Trailhead / Parking: Parking in the Sage Hills area is limited. We’ll plan to start from one of the main access points (likely Day Drive or Sage Hills Gateway depending on space).
- If the main lot is full, we may need to park along designated areas on 5th Street and walk in.
- Do not park on residential streets — cars can get ticketed.
- No parking pass required
- Trail conditions: This is an exposed trail with little to no shade, so expect sun.
