Oregon Coast Road Trip (Memorial Day Weekend)

Plan Overview

Three days along the Oregon coast based out of South Beach State Park.
Scenic stops, short walks, coastal views, and a relaxed pace.

Day 1 — Seattle to Coast

• Cannon Beach
• Hug Point
• Tunnel Beach
• Optional: Ecola State Park

Drive down the coast and settle into camp by evening.

Day 2 — Central Coast Highlights

• Heceta Head Lighthouse
• Thor’s Well
• Devils Churn
• Cape Perpetua Lookout

Short walks, viewpoints, and time to explore at a relaxed pace.

Day 3 — Wrap Up and Return

• Yaquina Head Lighthouse
• Devils Punch Bowl
• Depoe Bay
• Optional: Tunnel Beach or Pacific City

Head back to Seattle.

Things to pack : Extra clothes, shoes, camping gear like tent, pad, sleeping bag and utensils.

Expenses(per person) :
Camp Site : $20
Gas Money : $120(Parking/Tolls included)

Since we will be covering about 900 miles in 3 days. We would be mostly eating out at restaurants, grocery stores.

Important Notes:
1. Roster Selection: Preference would be given to folks who are regular faces in our hiking group or who I've done overnighters with before. It just helps ensure a cohesive group dynamic and an awesome weekend for everyone!
2. Tent Limits: Campsite space is limited. Please do not bring large tents—a 2-person tent is the absolute maximum size we can accommodate.

How to get a spot : You would be put in a waiting list, wait for my message to venmo me money to secure your spot.
