This is my first time hiking Sahale Arm! I've heard many people say this is one of the best hikes in Washington, but I still haven't done it yet.

👟 PACE
I’m a moderate-paced hiker — not fast, not slow. 😂

### 🎒 What to Bring

  • Hiking shoes/boots with good traction
  • Plenty of water
  • Lunch and snacks
  • Layers for changing alpine weather
  • Rain jacket
  • Hat/sunscreen
  • Hiking poles recommended
  • Headlamp
  • 10 essentials

Conditions can change quickly at 7,000+ feet, so come prepared for cooler temperatures and potentially windy or wet conditions.

I prefer to stick together in general so nobody in the group can get lost and we can be social

### 🐕 Dogs

Dogs are not allowed on this trail.

### ⚠️ Important

This is a challenging full-day hike with significant elevation gain.
We'll stay together as a group as much as practical and regroup at key points.
