## Idea Workshop Night — Bring a Problem or Project

This event will focus on sharing ideas and workshopping them together as a group.

Members are invited to bring an idea, project, or problem they would like help with. This could be related to a product, hobby, business, or technical challenge. We will select one or more ideas and work on them collaboratively during the session.

The goal is to make this a hands-on, interactive meeting where we can learn from each other, generate new approaches, and hopefully make real progress.

### Agenda

• 10 minutes – Open networking
• 10 minutes – Idea sharing (short pitches from anyone who wants to present)
• 5 minutes – Group selects idea(s) to workshop

Workshop session (65 minutes total):
• 10 minutes – Define scope and goals
• 50 minutes – Active work / discussion / problem solving
• 5 minutes – Consolidate ideas and recap

• 5 minutes – Open call / open sharing

We will start downstairs at the YDL Michigan Ave location, and we will also have access to a second room upstairs to allow smaller groups to spread out during the workshop. I am hoping to find us a more permanent larger space for the future.
