The Sacred Canvas: Mirror of Worth

How many of us can relate to this?
There was a time when I would look in the mirror and not see myself.
I would see the words.

The comments.
The subtle digs.
The outright wounds.
“Too much.”
“Not enough.”
“Less than.”
“Wrong.”
And the wild thing is those voices don’t belong to us.

They were handed to us.
So what happens when we take them back?
For our next Sacred Canvas: Mirror of Worth, we’re doing something powerful.
We will write the words that hurt.

The ones that shaped our self-esteem.
The ones that lingered longer than they ever should have.
And then… we paint over them.
We transform them.
Next, we write what we love about ourselves.

What is true.
What is worthy.
What is divine.
Then we place an actual mirror over those words and learn how to look into our own eyes and say:

I love you.
I see you.
You are enough.
Women gathered.

Art as medicine.
Sound as frequency.
Community as safety.
Because when you learn how to embody self-worth, it changes everything, your relationships, your nervous system, your choices, your future.
