Tai Chi - adults 18-45

  1. Build + direct CHI
  2. Learn a martial art
  3. Exercise to build a lot of strength, power, balance+ co ordination.
  4. Meditation thru movement.
  5. Basis for Spiritual development.

For different outcomes, you must use different input. We use one form, but focus will vary dependant upon ones goals.

This is not usual tai chi you see seniors in park practising. Its definitely not everyone's 'cup of tea'.
Its a lot of detail, and a LOT of work.

So its a good thing that our class size is small, 5-6 people maximum. :)

Private or group sessions up to 4X per week.
Group class cost is $5. Private is $10.
