Whether you’re a longtime otaku or just starting your journey, come along to chat about your favorite series, discover new recommendations, share fan art, and connect with fellow fans who love anime, manga, and Japanese pop culture — including those who are learning Japanese and want to practice or share tips with fellow learners.

We’re currently in the process of finding a regular venue for more consistent events, but in the meantime we’ll be arranging relaxed, casual meetups in coffee shops and similar spots around Waterford. Our main hub for communication and updates is WhatsApp, and once you join the group here on Meetup, an organizer will reach out to you to invite you to the WhatsApp group, so you can stay connected between meetups and keep the conversation flowing.
