Sunday 11:30am walk - Faithlegg Deer Park Forest - Minaun Hill

This Sunday we will walk from Faithlegg Church. We walk along Faithlegg Hotel through Deerpark Forest, up Minaun Hill and down to Cheekpoint along the banks of the River Suir, distance 8 kms.

A quiet walk with a bit of a challenge (up and down the hill, a bit muddy in places, stoney beach), but the rewards are some lovely views on where the Three Sisters meet (the Suir, the Nore and the Barrow) especially from Cromwell's Table. Dogs are welcome.

Short coffee stop halfway at Centra. We will also pass The Cake Dame if people are interested.
