What we’re about

This is an open and friendly group dedicated to self improvement both personally and professionally where we get together and chat about whats going on, how we want to change and work on ourselves together. Without judgement where we can share tips and advice as well as encourage and support one another in reaching our goals no matter how big or small they are.

Events will include get togethers focusing on things that are generally good for your physical and mental health that encourages discussion like going off for walks, spending time in nature, meetups at cafes, visiting new places, self improvement themed events, and more.

These events will mostly be offline events, (it is highly recommended to turn your phone on silent or vibrate and engage others in conversation.)
