Waterloo Ceilidhs - Definitely Contraband

Join us for another glorious night of dancing on 31 May 2025 in the breathtakingly beautiful surrounds of St John’s Waterloo. This time we bring a more transatlantic theme to Waterloo Ceilidhs, with an American contra dancing flavour to the evening. Featuring the brilliant band Definitely Contraband with caller Charlie Turner, this promises to be very special occasion indeed. No experience necessary - all the moves are carefully explained so the evening is fun for everybody.

Doors are from 7pm with the dancing starting 7:30pm. It finishes at 10:30pm. There is a bar in the foyer - meetup group attendees may want to meet up in this area, and I'll be around to introduce myself.

St John's Waterloo is ideally located just opposite Waterloo station.

You don't need to bring anything special - just wear comfortable shoes and clothes for dancing.
