Nordic Pole Walking

Your first introductory session is $6. It includes one lesson, pole rental and the walk. Thereafter the price is $7 "Pay as you go" or $60 for a 10 session Pass ($6 per walk). Pole rental is $8 per walk or you can buy poles from us. If you have your own you are welcome to use them.

All Walkers: Please RSVP if you plan to attend our walks. If your plans change you can alway un-RSVP at any time.

Beginners (on your 1st walk): Please confirm your attendance by RSVP and come 30 minutes early.
