Gaasbeek Castle and garden

Today we will do a shorter walk than usual, about 8km, 2 hours, and then benefit from the flemish open monuments day. Both the garden and the newly renovated castle will be open to the public with free admission. The garden has a wonderful selection of ancient species and shows methods of fruit propagation and specialises is rare plants. We can decide what to do before heading off to the ice cream centre for artisinal icecreams and desserts. Please bring waterproofs in case it rains.
