Well-know Colorado artist, Randy Hale, is the instructor for Waterloo Watercolor's Fall workshop. Randy Hale Website. The Three-day Fall workshop will be September 11-13. There will be a free demonstration by Randy Hale on September 10.
Registration Required. The cost of the three-day workshop is $400 for non-members and $350 for members. You must register and pay online via the Waterloo Watercolor Group's Website Register here.
