Led by Naturally London’s founder, this live workshop is a monthly gathering designed to help you rethink how you regulate your nervous system, manage emotional fatigue, and return to ease without guilt.

WATERWALKS EDITION
From cascading falls to serene lakeshores, the WaterWalks Editions are a curated series of seasonal, guided nature experiences across the DMV. Each with its own location, theme, and sensory moments.
Every month from September to November, we gather in a different water-centered landscape for:
- A guided hike or lakeside walk
- Gentle wellness activities woven into the setting
- Nourishing snacks + hydration
- Two Naturally London giveways
- For WaterWalks wear sturdy shoes with good grip, bring an empty book bag and a hat (optional).
Whether you join one edition or all four, you’ll leave lighter, calmer, and more connected to nature, to others, and to yourself.
