WaterWalks are guided gatherings designed to help you step out of urgency and back into regulation.
Led by Naturally London’s founder, this live experience combines intentional movement, proximity to water, and subtle nervous system prompts to help you release emotional fatigue and reset in real time.

From cascading falls to serene lakeshores, WaterWalks are seasonal, guided nature experiences across the DMV. Each with its own location, theme, and sensory moments.
Every month from March to November, we gather in a different water-centered landscape for:
- A guided hike or lakeside walk
- Gentle wellness activities woven into the setting
- Nourishing snacks + hydration
- For WaterWalks wear sturdy shoes with good grip, bring an empty book bag and a hat (optional).
Whether you join one edition or all four, you’ll leave lighter, calmer, and more connected to nature, to others, and to yourself.
