Aiki Jutsu class

Watch or join in - the first 4 sessions (consecutive) are FREE. You'll learn the basic wrist escapes and joint locks in your first class. Wear loose clothes if you plan on joining in (EG: T-shirt and joggers). Newbies to martial arts and those looking to augment a style they're doing already are all welcome.
