Join us to practice mindfulness and relaxation in a unique environment that supports health. Start the New year in a nourishing way with Halotherapy.
Mel is an experienced facilitator who will be guiding you to connect with your body and breath to receive the benefits of present moment awareness and the nourishment of salt therapy.
