I have been reminded in so many ways this week of just how valuable our ability to lead with the newly recognized characteristics of empathy, inclusion, collaboration...and grace (especially appropriate this Thanksgiving week ;-) is.

I was also reminded of how often women dismiss the importance of our talents, and hold back our contributions, in deference to others who may be too eager to over state theirs!

I'd like to have the group discuss how we can bring balance and harmony to our organizations, communities and families. Share challenges and successes attributed to effectively using these "feminine" leadership traits (I prefer to think of them as "human" traits - and remain hopeful that many men will choose to make the shift as well).
