Join us for a series of FREE classes with guest instructor, Stephanie Koteles!
Stephanie connected with yoga in 2016 while searching for mindfulness practices to support her mental well-being. Curiosity about diving deeper into the practice led to completing 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training at Radiant Lotus through Kramas Yoga, as well as their 24-hr Yin Training in 2025.
Stephanieβs style and path of teaching are still emerging, but are rooted in accessibility and creativity with intention to support fluid individual needs, gifts, challenges, and connection to Self. She is dedicated to exploring movement that supports deep listening, connection, playfulness, and embracing imperfection. Classes lean toward a slower pace and restorative practice with space for exploration and something unexpected.
In her free time, Stephanie can be found exploring libraries, watching movies with her cats, strength training, and listening to the Handsome podcast.

This very slow-paced, meditative yoga style focuses on long held seated poses, targeting connective tissues in the joints to help lengthen over time. This class gives you the opportunity to experience stillness and listen fully to the sensations of your body.
Yin is great for building awareness of one's tendencies, training the mind to stay on body and building mental resilience.
There will be an extended Savasana with Sound Healing to fully soothe the nervous system and promote better sleep and mental clarity.
PLEASE NOTE, crystal sound bowls are contraindicated for people who are pregnant, or who have any metal inside of their bodies, such as in a pace maker or replaced joint. If you need to avoid the sound bowls, please inform the teacher before class begins, and plan to pack your things up quiety and leave the room before the sound bowls begin. The teacher will let you know when to find your savasana so you are given enough time, and tap you on the shoulder when it's time to go. Thank you for your help in assuring a safe environment.
