This Alignment Yoga inspired class gives time to feel the connections in your body, and to move in a way that brings optimal motion, ease and steadiness to our practice, on and off the mat.
Class begins in a relaxed position, taking time to arrive in our bodies and warm up our tissues before more challenging postures, and ends with some longer resting postures to allow for a gentle transition into your day.
