This group is for people navigating career transitions – and looking for clarity, confidence, and honest, experienced guidance along the way.
When people walk away from the wavehoover Coaching Program, they do so not because they’re disillusioned – but because they’ve found their path.
They’ve come to understand who they are (and who they’re not), what they want, how to ask for it, and how to land a role they actually enjoy.

How it works
Each week, I host a free remote session where we reflect, ask smart questions, and share strategies.
It’s a low-pressure space to gain clarity, throw around ideas, and hear how others are navigating similar challenges.
If you find value in that and want to go deeper, I offer 3 higher touch options – predefined but tailored to your specific goals, background, and challenges.
You are free to use the free sessions as often as you like as long as there is space – no cost, no follow-ups, no pressure.
And when you’re ready to invest in your growth, I’m here for that, too.

A Structured Working Session
90 minutes. Small group. Camera on. You will write, reflect, and leave with something you didn't have before.This is not a webinar. This is not a lecture.
This is a guided working session where you'll go through the first part of the framework I use with my private coaching clients. You'll do the exercises yourself, in real time, in a small group of max. 10 people.By the end, you'll have three things on paper:
→ An honest snapshot of where you actually are
→ A concrete vision of where you want to be – in your own words
→ The one obstacle that matters most right nowThink of this as the starting point, not the final destination.
You'll get the most out of this if you…
→ feel you could do more, but don't know where to focus
→ suspect you're underpaid or under-positioned
→ would love a sparring partner who takes your goals seriously
→ are curious about coaching but want to experience it before committing

The video call link is sent to everyone who completes "The First Step". If you haven't completed it by Monday, your spot will be offered to someone on the waitlist.Why complete The First Step beforehand?
Everyone who completes The First Step receives personal feedback from me within 48 hours – whether or not you attend the workshop.
But if you also join the workshop, your feedback will be significantly more specific and actionable – because I'll have seen how you think, how you work through the exercises and where you get stuck. The combination of your written reflection and the live session gives me a much fuller picture.The First Step is valuable on its own – the workshop makes it better.
