Des Moines Waves, Whiskey & Wind: Sailing Mastery

Join us for an afternoon on the water where we'll combine two things we love: sailing and good whiskey. Whether you're a seasoned sailor looking to sharpen your skills or someone who's curious about what sailing is all about, this is a relaxed gathering of folks who appreciate both the craft of sailing and the camaraderie that comes with it. We'll be out on the water working on technique and taking advantage of whatever wind Des Moines decides to give us that day, then wrapping up with some quality time on shore with some whiskeys we're excited to share.

This isn't a cutthroat competition or anything overly formal. It's more about learning from each other, enjoying the experience, and building community with people who share similar interests. You'll pick up practical tips and tricks, make some new friends, and maybe discover a new favorite whiskey in the process. We'll have experienced sailors on hand to help with everything from the basics to more advanced techniques, so don't worry if you're just starting out.
