What we’re about

Please join us for our weekly mindfulness meditation group events and explore the positive benefits of this peaceful and grounding practice. We are a group of commited meditators exploring the many benefits of this wise and heart opening practice. We offer weekly meditation circles, 1 - 3 and 5 day retreats, webinars and classes throughout the year.

Our meditation circles take place on Thursdays from 11 -11:45am and Sundays from 9:30-11am. To attned please RSVP and you will receive a Zoom link asking you to register. After registration you will receive the email link.

During our meditation circles we offer: basic instruction, and a guided meditation a dharma talk on a topic related to mindfulness.

During this group we learn to:
* Alleviate stress and suffering by developing your capacity to stay in the present.
* Open to the breath, body and emotions through guided meditations.
* Cultivate the healing and connecting power of opening your heart to life, love and experience through Compassion and Loving Kindness.
