WC Swing Sarasota Social Dance Lessons

Welcome to the home of West Coast Swing in Sarasota.
If you've ever watched West Coast Swing dancers and thought, "That looks incredible — I want to do that," this group is built for you. Whether you're a complete beginner who's never danced before, an experienced WCS dancer new to the area, or a social dancer from another style ready to fall in love with this one — you've found your people.
West Coast Swing is one of the most beautiful and addictive partner dances out there: smooth, conversational, set to everything from blues to contemporary pop, and built entirely around the connection between two dancers. It's also one of the friendliest social dance scenes anywhere — and we're building exactly that scene right here in Sarasota.
What we do:

• Beginner Bootcamp — our flagship 6-week series that takes complete beginners from "I've never tried this" to "I'm dancing West Coast Swing." The first cohort starts this May — watch the events tab for the start date and to claim your spot.
• Social Dancing & Practice Nights — because the real magic of West Coast Swing happens on the social floor.

This group is hosted by Dance Treat Studio — a Sarasota studio built on the idea that dance is one of the most human things we can do, and that everyone deserves a stress-free, judgment-free place to start.
