Important!! Board of Sups Meeting to Approve THOW ordinance!!!

We are almost there! We have gone through public hearings, the original Board of Supervisors vote, staff meetings, research and ordinance preparation, Housing Advisory Commission, and Planning Commission reviews. Now, we are at the critical last step. If you missed the Planning Commission meeting - they mangled the ordinance making it unaffordable and impractical to get a permit for a THOW. Not to worry. The Board of Supervisors can go back to the original staff version and improve on it. But we need EVERYONE to participate. Please support the Tiny House Ordinance as drafted by Planning Staff and recommended by the HAC (housing advisory commission)! Tiny homes should be allowed as Primary Dwellings and ADUs too.
