Our speaker will be

Abstract: The Art of Space-Time
Throughout history, the boundaries between art and science have often blurred, revealing profound connections between the two disciplines. In The Art of Space-Time, we explore how groundbreaking developments in physics have inspired artistic innovation and how art has been a powerful medium for communicating complex scientific ideas.
Delve into the unexpected connection between Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity and Pablo Picasso’s pioneering of Cubism, as both sought to redefine perspectives of space and time. Discover how art has served as a bridge to translate abstract scientific concepts into experiences that resonate with human emotion and imagination.
The talk will also highlight modern efforts to merge science and art, including the Multiverse Concert Series, which uses music and performance to communicate scientific discoveries. A special focus will be on the Black Hole Symphony, an immersive experience composed by David Ibbett blending astrophysical data with orchestral compositions to bring the enigmatic nature of black holes to life.
