Once again Capitol trail 16.6 mile total..Lunch at Portabella Ristorante

posting again due to popular demand mostly mine...We will meet at 4 mile creek park (across street from Exxon/Dairy Queen make our way through the wooded area and out to Varina and proceed to 7-11 and back...Did this ride 6 times with this group and think I am addicted....Fully paved with a few gentle inclines wooden bridges... Road bike Hybrid recommended...Helmets required bring water..As always helmets mandatory no drop...Rider assumes all risk. Optional Lunch at Portabella...
