you can get matched with others in the group, and you’ll see those same people, familiar faces, over a few guided events — usually starting online.
That means:

✅ No pressure to “impress” someone in 5 minutes

And once a quarter, we'll throw a big community-wide gala — where all the cohorts get to meet, mingle, and celebrate. Remember the excitement of proms, galas, mixers, and reunions? Same awesome energy — but with more emotional and meaningful depth!

Once you sign up through our official page, you’ll fill out a quick Connection Profile — just enough to help us understand who you are and what kind of connections you’re looking to build.
From there, you’ll be placed into a cohort — a small group you’ll see more than once.
Every event is a shared experience, guided and thoughtfully designed to help you move past any awkwardness and into something that actually matters.
During the session (usually 60–90 minutes), you’ll go through:
✨ Short, meaningful 1-on-1s
✨ Small group rounds with guided conversation themes
✨ Optional reflection prompts or connection takeaways
No pressure to “perform.”
No forced mingling or awkward icebreakers.

Join your cohort’s live online event — a 60–90 minute guided experience with real conversation, familiar faces, and connection that’s way better than swiping.

Everything in Light the Match, plus 3 curated email introductions sent after the event, based on compatibility, vibe, and values. We do the matchmaking — no apps, just thoughtful connection.

### 🔥 $$ – The Flame

Everything above, plus an invite to a private, in-person follow-up gathering just for your cohort — hosted at an intimate wine bar in the city. It’s a relaxed, cozy night designed to deepen the connections you’ve started and see what unfolds face-to-face.
⚠️ Availability is extremely limited.
This is a one-time experience for your specific cohort, and seating is capped due to space restrictions at the venue — so once these tickets are gone, they’re gone. If something (or someone) sparked your interest, this is your chance to follow the flame.

Never. All prompts are optional, and we’ll never force you to share more than you want to. You’ll always be in full control of your comfort level. Show up as you are, participate as much or as little as feels right.

### How many people will be there?

We keep each cohort intentionally small — usually 25–40 people — to make the experience feel warm, not overwhelming. You’ll rotate through 1-on-1s and small groups so you can actually get to know people. And since events are cross-posted, the Meetup RSVP count won’t reflect everyone attending.
