Flash Event: Delice & Sarrasin this Sunday Mar 30 2025

Hello friends: This is a flash event, for this coming Sunday at 6 pm!

Please support this local business, which is a treasure: Delice & Sarrasin is a delicious vegan French restaurant. I was able to try steak tartare for the first time because I knew I could not get sick! (Non-vegan steak tartare is chilled raw beef.) Their cheese plate is delicious, and my "go-to" is the steak frites, pictured here.

There are three reasons why I am inviting you all to come out:

1. Support the beloved vegan French restaurant. YES - the above picture is a vegan meal!
2. Introduce different ethnicities to French cuisine (if you could not afford to go to the Paris Olympics, like me).
3. Talk about next steps for this group as to when and where to have events this year, where we can practice speaking English properly.
