We are so pleased to announce our next two speakers for our We F*@KIN Love StartUps Meetup at Talent Army HQ in May. We absolutely loved meeting you all at our first MeetUp in April, it was a blast 🚀

Our first speaker of the night is an entrepreneur visiting from the USA named Peter Fiekowsky.

Peter is an MIT-educated physicist and engineer, a serial entrepreneur, a philanthropist, and a social innovator. He has worked at NASA and the Fairchild/Schlumberger Artificial Intelligence Lab in Palo Alto; taught at MIT; and developed his own machine vision company, Automated Visual Inspection LLC (AVI). He holds 27 patents and is on the board of Climate Capex, a fintech company designed to help complete the global transition to 100 per cent clean energy by 2040 by tripling the rate of investment in solar projects. Fiekowsky’s mission in life is “to leave a world we’re proud of to our children.” In service to that mission, Fiekowsky has a 30-year track record as a citizen lobbyist for global poverty reduction and climate policy.

We are also stoked to have Christina Bellis join us as our second speaker of the evening.

Christina is currently the COO at Cogo, which provide carbon footprint management products, enabling individuals and businesses to measure, understand and reduce their impact on the climate. Christina’s career has spanned many years building and growing social enterprises - businesses that measure much more than just a profit line, including social, environmental, and cultural well-being as part of their success. She loves the pace of start-ups, cultivating strong foundations while being nimble and fast-growing.

We are so excited to have both Christina and Peter on board for Monday, May 8th and we can’t wait to see you all there!

Due to the success of our first meetup being over-subscribed so quickly, I would encourage you to RSVP as soon as possible.

This MeetUp is free and we will provide all food and drinks.
