Ben has led Atomic through it’s successful pivot from a design prototyping platform to an in-app customer engagement platform. He recently passed the CEO reins on, to double down on leading product for Atomic as the company takes on the next stage of growth.

Ben will share his personal journey to becoming a better product leader, and his thoughts on how to build great products in the challenging environment of a high-growth startup.

We also have the fabulous Nicole Williams joining us. Nicole is Head of Product for Trade Me’s Marketplace, with the unique challenge of being both the incumbent and the underdog. Her journey from marketing to product forced her to let go of what led to success previously to grow into a better product leader.

She will share lessons in embracing failure- both personally, and how to create a culture that allows everyone from execs to product managers to feel safe to do the same.
