We Good Session 3 (Joy and Happiness)

How do you let go of a future you thought you’d have—or a version of yourself you’ve outgrown?
Join WE GOOD on Thursday, September 24, for an evening of good food, meaningful conversation, and connection.
This session is about letting go: past identities, relationships that changed, possibilities that never happened, and expectations we’re still carrying. Sometimes we grieve what could have been just as much as what was.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to acknowledge those losses and make room for what comes next.

• When: Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 6:30–9:00 PM
• Where: Pawtucket, RI. Exact location shared with confirmed participants before the event.
• Group size: 12–15 people maximum
• Dinner and drinks: Everyone covers their own.

What we’ll talk about

• What version of yourself—or expectation for your life—have you had to let go of?
• How do you make peace with possibilities that never became reality?

I’ll facilitate the conversation with a few prompts and give everyone a chance to share. Then we’ll leave room for open conversation, laughs, and whatever insights come up. You’re welcome to listen, and you can always pass on a question.
Who it’s for
WE GOOD welcomes men and anyone who identifies as a man who wants real conversation and community. If you miss meaningful connection, want to meet new people, or feel curious but a little hesitant, there’s a place for you.
Come on your own or bring a friend. You don’t need to have everything figured out.

We listen with curiosity, speak from our own experiences, and treat each other with respect. This is a space for honest conversation—not for putting down any gender, identity, or group of people.
